Should be on the shipping information page of their website.

Why not Ideal Hatchery if you are in South Texas they are located west of College Station can't remember the name of the town.

    A LOT!

I ordered six chicks in September, I can't remember exactly, but I think the shipping was something like $35 bucks. THe chicks I ordered were $4 each, and the total amount was somewhere around $60.

If they will ship only three it would be way expensive. Look on CraigsList for local birds. Another good place is you local 4H. Good luck!

If you only want a few and you're going to get hatchery stock anyway why not just buy from a local feed store or TSC? It will be far less expensive that way than any other.

I would go with Ideal they have a spending minimum of $25 I think but even with shipping way less then other hatcheries. I live in SA Texas and was on looking I would have to order around 14 chicks and it came out to about 45 dollars. We get a big break on shipping since we're in Texas. I was going to sell the extras on craigslist but am waiting to order till spring if my current chicks don't all make it through winter.

Where are you in south Texas are you? I know people who breed here and some feed stores that sell them year round

If they are like MPC they have a flat shipping of $35 no matter how many (I think a max of 25 will fit?) in the box.

I just ordered from healthy chicks and more last night. Delivery next week. My buddy and I are splitting the 10 chicks. Cheap and easy. Free shipping.
