You would need to watch the mood of the hen to determine if she can handle brooding her eggs, if not, you have to use an incubator.

Size of the Serama seems to determine that, since there's 3 or 4 class sizes.

I'm not going to breed my flock, I got them to help me get rid of ticks and fleas in my yard, lol.

Well, my hen seems to be smaller B or bigger A, she's plucked a broody patch, sits dedicatedly on the eggs and rotates them, leaves them every 30 hrs or so for 10 mins, growls and pecks protectively, but she's sad because they are not fertile.

At 2 months they are trying to mount the hens. I seen this every time I hear a ruckus.
