People say if you think there is something wrong with your chick(s) you should give them a boost with sugar water or gatorade mixed with water.
How much sugar should you put in there water??? Also even when only 1 or 2 chicks are not well, can you feed the whole group (6chicks) the sugar water/ gatorade water?

I put enough to taste it, just like when I do salt for some kind of wash or something.

I'd recommend gator aid/whatever cut by water (50/50) instead- more good stuff in it then just sugar (which there is a lot of).

I'd let everyone have it in case whatever you see is contagious or stress related.

I would do NOTHING to chickens that cannot be found in nature. I do not believe in adding sugar to water, as that is not a natural occurrence.
Same thing for vitamins. The only exceptions would be worming medications or ACV in water to prevent algae growth.

Well, sort of. No potassium in this recipe.

I'd use an ounce or so of Gatorade (the drink) in at least 2 quarts of water -- not a lot, just gives them a little boost, and I wouldn't do this for more than a couple of days.
