How much time do you really spend with your duck?

My female khaki takes over the bucket. She sleeps in there.

I'm not sure how this is going to work in the winter. The bucket is heated but I have no clue how I'm filling it. It's way to heavy to carry from the house and add ice in there too.

To keep her out in the winter, you could place a board across so that she cannot get in.
I fill up a watering can and carry it across the yard to fill up in the winter. You don't have to put hot water in a heated waterer, but if needed I have used a steam pot to unthaw ice when the gfci breaker cut off and I had frozen water to contend with.

Also he could be pushing her from the feed too. Might need separate feed bowls..

That's fine..He might be a bit pushy over feed. I usually have two Feed dishes out if that helps?..
