How much time i have to boil beans?

Hi all
I'd like to give to my chickens boiled beans like protein boost.
I know that raw or undercooked beans can be harmful on them.
How many minutes should i boil the beans?
i mean, starting to count when the water is boiling and doing bubbles.

Depends on the beans but it takes hours if they're dried. Test them and if they mash easily they're done.

Dried beans? I would assume you should cook them as if they were for human consumption, so in most cases that's 1.5-2 hrs.

These are the boiled beans. I have to recook two times (Yesterday and today) cause my mum stopped because she didnt they were for the hens.
They stayed in their "boiling water" this night. I think they re fine. Some are softer and some a bit harder but i think they re okay.
Do you think they re good? Thank you

They look pretty cooked and soft if you can crush them like that.
