How much Ventilation???

I have a 16x20 Styrofoam home made bator. I do not know how much ventilation it needs to have for oxygen? Any ideas?

look up some for sale and you can see the holes. there is a lot of tiny air holes at the top and bottom and two holes on top that takes a cap so you can control the air exchange better. they are about the size of a dime with the idea that one stays open and the other one gets opened during lockdown.

Thank you for your help. I'll punch some more holes in it. I only have one hole the size of a dime now plus a little bit infiltration from were it is not sealed so well around the hole were the turner was inserted.
