I can share my experience. Brownie is the head girl here. Whenever she got off the nest the other hens would pick on her and try and start stuff. Brownie fought back and just went back to sitting. I mention this only to say I was surprised they did it to her given her Queen status within my flock.
I hear your worries and you’re right it could possibly cause Glynda to give up but so could moving her to another location. Both your girls seem pretty committed though and this behavior seems to be “the way of the chicken”.
Is Glynda defending herself?
If Glynda was of a mind to do it, Phyllis would get a real beating right now. She can't defend herself well. Glynda just walked away from Phyllis. She is way faster than my waddling girl.

The Wyandottey, has been trying to crow in the mornings. He’s so funny, because now his crow sounds like a rubber chicken being squeezed! :lau
Well, first it sounded like a mouse being hit with a hammer, and now a rubber chicken being squeezed. I'd say that's an improvement! (But he still needs to improve more...)

Looks like her spine was affected some how. Certainly doesn’t look like it caused her any trouble 😊 so that’s what my Buff Orp chicklets will look like I guess, lovely colour.

I've seen tails get bent in nestboxes or roosting against a wall but Danni's tail was weird. It straightened somewhat as she matured. The breeder didnt think it was an issue but if I were to show her she'd never qualify!

Sorry to hear he is having trouble. I cannot help as I don't know anything about dogs. I don't believe paracetamol is one of those pain killers that stop working so I would give whatever dose the vet says is the right dose for him.
Poor little pup.
He's been doing better on this magnesium, I'm giving him one at night now with a little fruit and water. I empty the capsule into the water.
Thanks so much for caring 💗
