From the slate colored legs, it looked like she might be an EE. They lay blue eggs. But colors are sometimes deceiving in photos, so I'm probably wrong if you say she a black sex-link.

Guess who squatted last night??? Yep...that would be Autumn my big girl in the picture. She squatted when I went to pet her, so I scratched her at the base of her neck and she walked away fluffing herself!!! Slightly different ages, perhaps, but surely 8 to 10 weeks. Too much mature feathering to be a whole lot younger. As the others have also said, NO, they aren't all pullets.
