Yes eggs from both. Which did you think was a cockerel?
How do you know both are laying? I see pointed saddle feathers on that white bird for sure. Separate the white one is a crate and see if you get an egg in the morning. The brown bird could be laying two. He really looks like a male.

I could now see that it is a male and I thought it was laying but wasn’t getting many eggs
 
The so called cockerel doesn't have spurs. I've never seen a cockerel that size without at least buttons on the shanks, but I only deal with heritage breeds.

Spurs don’t come in till the cockerel is older. The bird has male saddles and feathering - its male without a doubt.

Spurs aren't decisive of gender. Some cockerels have really short ones or none at all, while hens can have large ones:
