how small exactly are buttons?

I have 6 button eggs in the incubator, due to hatch tomorrow.
How small exactly are they full grown? Would they be comfortable in a hamster cage? Are hamster sized hides sized right for them?
I got these as extras in a coturnix lot, and I might just want to keep them as pets, despite keeping coturnix for meat. I like the look of the cutesy hamster cages, and it would be wonderful if they could live in them.

They are very little,full grown they are about the size of a chick( about 4 1/2 inches )
Most people keep them in 10 gallon fish tanks, I dont know about hamster cages.
