How soon is too soon? added pics

To post pics of my girls (???) to see if they are indeed girls? Mine are all 5 weeks old. I was assured they were pullets, but after reading some threads here I am starting to doubt.

You can post pics and depending on the breed, it might be possible to tell.

In a few weeks (like 10-12 weeks of age) they start getting their secondary sex characteristics - like saddle and pointy neck feathers, etc which makes it easier to tell.

The first Delta and Dizzy looks rooish to me. Dixie I can't tell, the pic is too hard to see. The second Delta looks like maybe Roo but not real sure.

Fixed the second delta...should be daisy.

Crud. That's what i was afraid of. I suppose i should give em more time to be sure? Im kinda peeved. The guy swore up and down they were vent sexed.

I'd definitely give them more time. Sometimes you can have a very rooish looking young hen
