How to disc a garden when your tractor isn't running

I think it's all great. This coming from someone who once picked up a load of fence posts with a 1972 Volkswagon beetle, and used a 1999 Toyota Tercel to pull a widowmaker branch out of a big tree by the back door. 'Oh no! The branch is falling! It's much bigger than I thought...it's...it's going to fall on the car! PUNCH IT RIPLEY!'

Esp that you're planting in November, that you are planting greens and turnips.

Now you need to load up her car with some nice rounds from a good dead standing oak tree to come home an' split. Why stop at discing?

She's as good as a pickup, I say.

I would LOVE it if my hubby brought me home OAK rounds. In my car.

Well, there is the old story of the young man in jail who wrote a letter where he described where the area on his father's farm where he had buried the procedes of his crime (I have seen it stated as bank notes, gold and bodies). Next thing you know the authorities are there at the farm, thoroughly digging up the field to find the $$/gold/bodies. They find nothing. Next letter to his father, the jailed man says that he hopes that his personal inability to plow the field this year was adequately met by the substitutes he arranged.
