How can I see sell poultry? I mean how do I ship them out? Do I need a lisence or will they do it for you? Or let you rather. I'm thinking about selling them online. Do I need a lisence? How about giving them away?
It's kind of a hassle to send them through the mail. You have to order the right boxes and pack them with some apple or grapefruit for moisture then take them to the PO and all that jazz... And unless you have show birds for sale I don't know if anyone would be willing to pay the expensive shipping. And you don't need a license to ship. Why don't you try posting on craigslist, your newspaper, and putting ads up with your email and phone number and whats available on breeder listings(if you breed)? You can take them to auctions if you have any in your area.
