How to fix a fox problem

It has fencing it is up against the wall could it be digging from the other side because I found holes

You found holes? Where, in the ground under the fence or wall? I don't understand, are you saying the fencing is up against the wall? A fox could certainly dig under a fence or wall if the fence or wall does not extend very deep into the ground. You may have to stop letting the ducks free-range now that the fox knows where to find them.

Ok thx sorry for not being very clear, I don’t think my fence is very deep and my run is up against the fence

I free range them in the morning and in the night they are all closed in a coop which has roof and a run the front and the sides of the run are surrounded by concrete and the other side is my fence
Triple check your possible weak points on your duck house.

If your fence is not deep, like @Miss Lydia says, make a skirt or apron around your run by laying hardware cloth on the ground all around, extending it out at least a foot all the way around. Best if you can lay gravel over it too and have it attached to the fence if possible so the fox can't dig it up, or anchored somehow next to the wall. Good luck!
