How to get new chick put next to my new post???

I do'nt know what I am doing wrong, but whenever I post a new topic and then check it next to the others, everyone else but me and maybe a few others do not have the little chick next to their topic.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong, or not turning on or have turned off?

I am sure that you will probably notice that this one is also missing its little chick!!

That is funny because when I first posted it was not there and I did check. Do you get a chick if someone answers you?

It was there before I answered. I think it is on a time laps thing. Maybe like waiting for a new post (answer) or something.
