How to hide nails poking through hen house ceiling

Paint them. Or put a dab of paintable putty-like stuff and then paint them. They will still be visible but much less obvious.

Mine bothered me a lot too until I painted the ceiling for other reasons. I still had to kinda decide not to be bothered but it became a lot easier to decide that.

How deep is the stream? How far into are you?
I mean if you just entered it might not be a big deal to back it up and switch those horses.
If you're not in deep might just throw caution to the wind and try a swap midstream.
Guess the unknowns have me not knowing the best way to proceed.

Maybe skip the foamboard? Run some 1 x 2s around the top edge and attach 1/4" or 3/8" plywood to them. Let the nails hang in the dead space?
Really ??
Seriously ??
STREAM ... has Been ... ENTERED !! You're IN !! Guess your next Question would be ... " WHAT's the Stream Flow " ???

If you're " MIDSTREAM " ?? You're TOTALLY Comitted !! NOW'S NOT the time to make " THAT DECISION " !!

You can " THROW CAUTION TO THE WIND " ... because ... IT ISN'T your Project or Investment !! You ain't " OUT NOTHING ". ADVICE is cheap as long as you Ain't paying for it !!

But I guess " YOUR OPION " means more than the Actual Peoples Costs. Once again ... advice is dirt cheap !

If you had " UNKOWNS " ??? Why not ask those questions FIRST ... before posting ???

" Whatever " !!!

Sorry if I " RUFFLED " your little Feathers, little Cock ...

But they are " OBVIOUSLY " [ not to you ] ... looking to make some " Simple " adjustment to their PLAN and MOVE ON ... not do an " OVERHAUL / MODIFICATIONS / REDESIGN ". OUR reply was a Simple Fix. Yours is .... ACTUALLY .... ?????
