How to identify fast and slow feathering traits?

How can I tell whether a chick is fast feathering or slow feathering if it is not bred for the wing sexing characteristics?
And what cross of feathering rate produces wing sexable offspring?
Does wing sexing continue for more than one generation?

For it to work it needs to be a fast feathering rooster over slow feathering hen.
