i may be getting roosters soon and wanted to know if after i collect eggs will they incubate in an egg basket? i dont want them to and i also dont want to wash eggs everyday. thanks

If the temperature in your home is sufficient to trigger incubation you have bigger problems ;-) Incubation occurs over 100 degrees, most homes have an ambient room temperature below that. Many people store eggs on the counter for weeks. If you are still concerned, just refrigerate them - you don't have to wash them daily, just wash as you are ready to use them.
