How to keep silkies clean

I have 2 silkie chicks about 2 weeks old and they are mixed in with some other breeds. The silkies are always so dirty and I have bathed them and blow dried them several times but it seems there feathers don't fluff back up after blow drying them and their legs and feet get so dirty. Any advice on cleaning them or keeping them clean?

Do not completely bathe them, when I was raising silkie I got paper towels and some warm water and I dipped the paper towel into the warm water and gently work out any dirt. Never bathe a chick, it can cause a chill!

Oh I thought you could as long as the waters warm smh. This is how their feathers look
