There aren't many...especially that are year round. Fort Wayne your best be is the two listed in Goshen for advertised processing. The farm in Colfax may be fabulous but they are way out of my price range and they charge for every little thing ($16 plus for turkey). The only ones I know of are in Ohio, Illinois, and middle Indiana. Hiatt's is in Rochester IN for anyone in that area you can drop of early and they are done mid morning. I need to invest in a mobile unit and make farm calls...ask some neighbors?

For example, I've heard of a poultry processor in Delphi and a mobile butchering unit in Kokomo, but I can't find the contact info online.
