Need to move my 6 week old out to coop and run. I have rat snakes, hawk and coyotes. Any suggestions

Hawks can be deterred with netting of some sort over the run. Coyotes will be deterred by locking them up at night and putting hardware cloth around the border of your coop and run so they can't dig under. I'm unsure about rat snakes besides preventing holes from being in the coop itself. I haven't ever had a snake problem where I live.

The rat snakes somehow got through gap at a corner of the run. We have chicken wire at the top of run. Could that b how they got in. My son fixed the gaps on the corners. Do we need to hardwire the top as well?

On the top of run. Sides of run is a combination of poultry netting and hardwire on the exterior of that.

Here are the pictures. 1 picture has got my 2 surviving girls
