how to sex a japanese bantam *pics added*

I think you have 3 roosters and one hen.

The colouring is no indication of sex. The only guide is the comb size. Can you get better photos? From these photos the combs look very pale, they should be brighter red (especially the roosters).

They do look very cute! Their colouring looks a bit like the 'blue' grey Japanese bantams. The roosters will be very handsome! Do a internet search of the different colours and see what you think.

that would make me happy.

I havent taken updated pics of the chicks but I know the answer. Numbers 1,2,and 3 are boys. Number 2 even crowed the other day(it was cute) poor number 4 is the only girl. So I will rehome 2 of the boys and just have the pair.

Hi,

I am going to be getting some Black Tailed White Japanese bantams tomorrow. I can't have roosters where I live, and the feed store doesn't sex their bantams. The chicks are five days old. How can I tell the pullets from the cockerels? Thank you!

I have several in my brooder. BTW, BTB, grey, white and black. They are 2-3 weeks old, and if I went purely of of comb size, I think I have 10 pullets and 3 cockerels.
