How to show pigeons???

I want to begin showing my pigeons but have zero experirnce. Is there a good comprehensive website or book that explains and/or gives advice for prepping birds for show, etc...????

i would go to npausa.com that is the national pigeon assn. site find a district director for your area then ask about your breed if there is a local breeder you r area to ask but general rule handle your birds if you have show coops put them in there give them bath water make sure they have no holes in feathers use adams flea and tick spray under the wings around there vent before and after the show each breed has its way of preping
