How can I stock pile eggs for use during late fall early winter when my pullets and hens will be molting? Thank God I’m getting an average of about 6-7 eggs a day from my small flock and I’m running out of room on my egg tray. I don’t want to give the eggs away and I don’t want them going to waste. How can I preserve eggs for when my flock is molting so that my family won’t need to buy store eggs? How long will preserved eggs last?
