How to Tell a Fertile vs INfertile Egg (Pictures)

Ok, i have a question: what if you are wanting to hatch a egg, but dont know if its fertile? If you candle the egg will you be able to see the bullseye?

No, Fizzy, you cannot see the bullseye when candling, sorry.

Yup, that's right! But if you crack an egg and see the bullseye, then you can assume that the others are probably fertile, too.

Thanks everybody! I had no idea you could eat fertilized eggs. I was worried about my favorite chick becoming a roo and now it's not a big deal. Very cool. I still hope she is a girl, but if not, she can stick around as long as the neighbors don't mind a little crowing!
