how to tell chicks when they hatch?

I have 50 eggs in the bator that are set to hatch in 1 week! They are eggs from my rir hens and delaware hens. THe roo is a rir.
My question is.. How do i tell the chicks apart. like sex links apart from the rirs.. ?

You may or may not be able to tell the RIR from the sex-linked pullet chicks. The male sex-links will be white.

I have heard that some people put each egg in a "compartment" so that when it hatches it is stuck there until you take it out Or you could put a sort of divider in the middle of the incubator and put the breeds on either sides.

I have the delaware hens with the rir roos & rir hens. I Can't tell what eggs come from what hens. Wouldnt the sex link be lighter in color than the RIRS??
