Make sure there’s enough room for food/water and for her to comfortably move around.

It's like 6 foot by 10 foot. Plenty of room.

Make to mark all the eggs under her so you can remove any eggs other hens contribute to the nest.
Just wait till she comes off the nest to do her daily regimen and mark them with a magic marker while she is out.

Yes we will have to do that!

In the final 3 days (lock down) she is not likely to come off the nest until the chicks are ready to come out and play.

Yes we actually took about 6 out she had 19 eggs we left her with the 13 she was covering. We prefer her to not have to many as we don't like rotten eggs

You have to remove eggs until zero are peeking out from under the hen. If one or two eggs won't fit, likely none will hatch because as she turns eggs, they get moved around. Any not completely under her will fail due to extended cooling. During the three weeks, all eggs will likely spend time out from under her.
Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago.
