All the information about the differences are on the site. There are pictures of the eight recognized varieties in bantam and large fowl. There are also pictures of chicks and what the down color should be for those eight recognized varieties.
There are also a couple of pages dedicated to the breed standard and what the differences are between ee's, araucanas and ameraucanas.
This has been discussed heavily on this site and there are many posts regarding it, if you would use the search key you can find them.

I know the difference between ameraucanas and araucanas that's simple. The confusion was between the EE and Ameraucanas. Through the info that im gathering it looks like I could selectively breed EEs over time and make them Ameraucanas again which is sad that it's that way...I think that's why theres so much confusion over these breeds of birds because theres no clear cut info and no one willing to make it easy for everyone to understand.
