How To Treat A Whole Flock With Canker

I have a small flock of seven chickens that have canker. Is there something I can do to treat them all at once to get rid of it? My hen got it and I treated her, then my rooster got it and I treated him, but them it never really went away...and now all my seven chickens have it! They are all eating/drinking okay, but sound a little raspy breathing and sneeze.
