How to treat anemia in chickens?

So one of my chicken ate a needle pin some 15-20 days back..he was very sick..i even thought he is not going to make it..but he seems to be recovering now..started eating again.. moving and running again..but what is worrying me right now is that his comb and wattles look pale pink and shrunken..i mean if i think of his condition some 10 days back..i would say obviously he was very sick and thats why the pale comb..i didnt see blood in his poop..but i duno what to do now about the pale comb and legs..so can you guys suggest anything that will cure the anemia which i think is the cause.. Since he is recovering.

This is the morning poop..they have been deinking a lot of water..and i think its cecal poop..but i am not quite sure ..what do you think?
