How to treat this roosters eye?

Ok thanks, I will check out the link. Yes, he was really worked up about my son having to chase him around and around to try and catch the little bugger!

Ok I looked inside his mouth last night and I don’t see anything abnormal. No cheesy looking substance at all.
In that video I couldn’t really tell where they were cutting. I am not sure I have a clear understanding on what to cut and where to start.
It almost is like he has a tumor on his eyelid.

I don't believe they were really cutting anything, just using the scissors to help pull the membrane back.

If you think it's a tumor, then I would leave it alone. Interesting it's in both eyes. Is vet care an option?

I would not cut anything, but keep putting firm pressure on the puffy part of the face while someone holds him still. Similar to this YouTube video:

Oh, ok. I assumed they were cutting.
No, vet care is not possible. The one local clinic we have is dog/cat/horse etc..
They don’t do birds.
Another place is an hour away and they charge an arm and leg because they can!!
