Are you seeing dry fowl pox scabs on her or any other chickens in your flock? I cannot tell about the comb, and see only one dark mark on the wattles in your pictures, but normally there would be more signs if you have wet pox versus canker. Canker smells bad after a few days according to others that describe it (I have no experience with that,) while wet pox does not have a bad odor.
Canker is treated with metronidazole or ronitazole. Fish Zole, available online (in the US) is metronidazole. Dosage is 250 mg daily for 5-6 days. Do you have access to a veterinarian or drugs in Jordan where you live?
There is no treatment for wet (diphtheritic) pox, aside from assisting the bird to get enough to eat and drink, and possibly removing yellow plaques that may be blocking the inside of the beak and throat. Apparently, those bleed a lot, but it may be necessary to save the life of the chicken.
