How would one design such a coop?

I found this art work in one of my vintage kids books. I think building a coop like this is possible, probably pretty expensive and requires skills and tools I don't possess but had anyone seen a similar coop?
Probably not with a chimney.
I'm thinking feeder at ground level, the nest boxes at main floor area and roosts in what pertains to be an attic.

I would not recommend such a mite palace, but there are lots of similar designs available:

Two words:

Practical

It's artwork for a reason.
Cleaning, ventilating, maintaining and most importantly ENTERING such an adorable structure would be the stuff of chronic nightmares.
So am I! My current thugly little coop is basically a giant box with a side peaked roof.
The coop I'm thinking on isn't nearly so detailed as that (that would be nuts to clean!) I'm thinking for cleaning and entering from the back, (my front, the cute part would be aimed at the neighbors) there would be a full sized door, the open part of the U style poop boards would open at the door allowing for 360 access to the floor, poop boards and nest boxes. There'd be vents under the cupola and under the easments.
And there wouldn't be a porch. At least not there.....

It's cute but you'd need to make the dimensions more real-life friendly, i.e. not so tall and narrow. There are a few Dr. Seuss inspired coops in the articles section, that's about as close as I've seen to a design like this.
