Please Help. I have 2 Isa Browns sick. The first one was limping when I got her but laying. She got sick and we separated her from the rest. Then another chicken started limping and having runny clear stuff coming out of her. They lay really big eggs so I thought they could be egg bound but Ive read they usually die in 24 to 48 hrs and they have been sick much longer maybe 2 weeks. They have no signs of respiratory problems. They lay around a lot. Eyes look clear, Eating and drinking but not like a healthy chicken. Please help. Neither have layed any eggs since they have been separated. Their feet sometimes curl and they don't seen to have good control of them.

Welcome to BYC. Get them on some poultry vitamins right away--Rooster Booster from TSC and Avian Super Pack are good. PolyVisol w/o iron 2-3 drops by mouth daily or a B-complex tablet dissolved in a gallon of water will do until you get the poultry vits. Are they limping or dragging a leg like it is paralyzed or numb? From your description, it could be a vitamin deficiency, or possibly Mareks disease. Mycoplasma synoviae is probably a long shot, but just wanted to mention that (curled toes is not normal for this.) How old are these chickens? Here are some links to read about Mareks, although I really hope that this is a vitamin problem:
