I've been lurking 4 a wk or so n figgered I'd join. I've been free ranging chickens (aka feedin the wildlife) for 5 or 6 yrs now. I've done a few batches of CRX n plan on startin another 30 in a wk or so. I just started a bucket of layer mash to ferment last nite after reading the first 150 posts in that thread. Looking forward to see how that works

I only have egg layers but have considered raising meat birds in the future and duluthralphie has an interesting take it.
