Greetings from Texas!
I have been researching chickens for years and finally got a flock of 12 in March 2018. They were 3 days old at the time, I lost one in the first 24 hours but the rest were very strong-willed ladies.
Sadly, I currently have 5 ladies as of 7/6/19 due to a bobcat attack that wiped out over half my flock.
I only have Americaunas.
I love the personalities of my girls and how comedic they are.
I am happiest in my hammock watching my girls. Other than that you can find me cooking or fishing.
It's a simple story about: Me, a guy, a dog, a cat, and hens, hens, hens.
I have known about BYC for a few years and have been scouring posts for information during those times.
I now have more specific questions after my girls were attacked yesterday night.
