Huge feed price increase this winter

If I wanted to buy some 50 pound bags in advance for the winter, how long would it keep? It would be outside in dry conditions.

im not sure but I have a couple air tight 55 gallon barrels I was thinking would keep for the winter
 
no I didnt go far because my dog has been acting like shes going to go into labor

Oh yeah, i forgot about the puppies.....have not heard any reports in a few days. I dont currently have any chicks. What are you looking for?
 
I have no clue what I want but I like large brown eggs and could use a few white egg layers for eggs at easter. I heard buff orphingtons are good. and red star.
 
Just called cheshire horse. the guy said for crumbles the premium all natural feed in crumbles is 12.95 and the cheaper version crumbles is 11.30. Not bad might be worth a trip.
