Huge lump on neck

My rooster has been acting weird for a couple days now and when I finally was able to get to him I found a large lump on his neck it was not his crop but we gave him fluids and emptied his crop out thinking the lump would go down nothing happened the lump is still there I read on a couple things and it said it could be a tumor a or maybe possibly ate a bug what are your thoughts on this we did give him Antibiotics this evening it is a 5 day process What are your thoughts on this lump???

It's sold under the skin and he has not Crowd And it's having a hard time Breathing due to it being right on his neck

This is the only other picture I was able to get he dose not like being handled at all we have in a small coop by the house for the night

Does it seem to be a cyst or tumor? Could he have been stung by something? If you look inside his beak and throat with a flashlight while someone holds him, can you look for any yellow material inside and see if there is a bad odor?
