HUGE Rant About Home-Life

Imagine housebreaking 15 large puppies at once? Got that imagine in your head? Now multiply that by 100. That's how hard housebreaking a man is.

I guess I am lucky. Mine is no problem at all.

Men,...spoiled little bratz. The older I get the more I realize this. One reason why sometimes I wish I was still single.

LOL!! How about training them to help with the kid(s) more? Any suggestions about that? Or working less hours? Mine typically works from 4:30am to 7 or 8pm M-F, then can't do anything but sleep on the weekend.

Thats the way I do with my husband. When I see some clothes he tosses on the side of his recliner, I clean up the living room floor and fling his clothes to his lap and said, those are your clothes and you KNOW where they go!

He knows it now, if not picked up, they wont get cleaned!

You are entitled to have some down time for yourself. Make yourself heard. At least he can zap your dinners in the microwave. If he does not know how long, say four minutes! Or have him bring in take out or call in for delivery as a treat, if you can afford it.

AND have him rub your feet!!!!!!!

I stopped washing my DH's laundry.

He started to complain that some of his clothes were missing and my comment was I washed what was in the hamper. After a couple of times of this, I told him that I would no longer do his laundry. If he wants clean clothes, he better get off of his butt and wash them.

WOW I AM SO LUCKY!!!! My hubby never complains about ANYTHING I do. He eats what I cook, picks up his clothes, thanks me for everything daily. I guess after his last relationship he is VERY thankful.

He even puts the seat down EVERY time.

I had many of boyfriends like this, hence the word boyfriends. They sat on my couch , ate my food and ticked me off! here i am single parent and now his MOM. HELLZ NO!

When i met my husband, he cleaned up after me, made me food, took care of me. i was like...am i being punked?

So i took his butt down to the justice of peace, put a ring on his finger and claimed him as MINE

He is wonderful and i wouldn't trade him for nothing ! But, i did kiss alot of toads before i met my prince!!

Ugh. Only in this type of situation did I agree to handle the house stuff, as I worked much fewer hours.

They do usually have to be trained, it seems. I remember aquestion about no clean socks -- they were on the floor somewhere -- I wash what is in the hamper, period. One time conversation; he learned, because clean socks were a big deal to him.

So much of this stuff is about sitting down and having a conversation. If you can't communicate about dirty socks or rest time after work, you are headed for much bigger issues.

My solution: no more husbands for me, thanks.
