Huge watery crop?

Hi,
I have a golden laced wyandotte bantam that has had runny poop and messy butt feathers for a while now. She eats well and has no other problems.
I have just brought her in the house to try and worm her and have had a chance to observe her better now she is seperated.
Her poop is VERY watery, it is actually soaking through the box I have her in right now it is that bad. Her crop is also huge, it feels watery and floppy just like a water balloon, it was still like that this morning before she had eaten.
Any ideas if this is ok?

Hi,
Thanks for the link. So is this an impacted crop?
I am new to chickens and never seen this before.
