I'm practicing the opposite direction... but not much, this week's been busy.

I've been doing a bit. I still suck. The last couple of days have been too hot to do anything.

I've been hooping inside. It's hot out!
My treadmill is getting lonely upstairs..it's too hot up there too.
That's one reason I thought hooping would be a good thing to do because I knew I wouldn't wanna be upstairs a lot in the summer months.
