River growled silently, only partly awake. What. What is on me. Argh, no, not again... Come on dude, it's Saturday, let me sleep for once in my life. She forced her eyes open to see the cause of her sudden awakening, and it was exactly what she expected to see. "Trodaire, get off me! Argh-- Ew." She growled as the young dog assaulted her with a unholy amount of licks, much to her disgust. She shoved at his chest, throwing him off her bed, and climbing up out of it herself, and getting dressed into some black, ripped skinny jeans, a light grey t-shirt, brown leather boots, and a black leather jacket. She brushed her hair into a ponytail and hooked Trodaire up on his leash.
She stepped out of her room, entering the living room to be greeted by the sight of her father sitting on the couch, eating cereal. I forgot, he has Saturday and Sunday off now. "Oh, what a well rounded breakfast!" She announced, giving him an playful glance, and he gave her a small grin.
"Well, it's the only thing we have. You should make yourself some breakfast before you go out, you don't need your sugar crashing again."
"You know I don't eat breakfast. I'll be fine, see you later." She said, grabbing her black reflective sunglasses, putting them on, and marching out the door without another word, clutching Trodaire's leash.
"Seems we're exploring today, Tro."
