Temp dropping a degree or so, isn't a big deal. Humidity is going up a bit too high. Now would be a good time to clear out any chicks or egg shells if you wanted to, and let a little of that humidity escape.Condensation has started to build up on windows of bator..still have eggs that haven't hatched.and two chicks that are out of shell.temp has droped a bit not reading at 99.5 anymore.
That's a personal decision. I take mine out as they hatch and start moving around. I do not leave mine in, especially after this last hatch and having two stretch out under the fan unit and get hurt. If your humidity is up there, pulling them out should pose no problem. If you are comfortable move them to the brooder, if not they can stay in until the end of the hatch (up to 3 days.)I still have eggs that haven't hatched and there being rolled around by the other two
