Humidity problem

I think they need to come out theres 4 and they cracked one un hatched egg totally down the side.how long til i van inyroduce water and feed

I don't need humidity in my brooder do i .my lamp is running 100-102...they have room to move if they get to warm
I have the water (with sav a chick, I always use that the first couple days with my new chicks) and food in the brooder before they go in. They say it's best to dip the tip of the chic's beak in the water dish so they know it's there when you put them in. I do it, cause I was told you should, but I don't know how neccessary it is...lol Having rocks or marbles in your water the first few days-week will help prevent chicks from face diving and drowning too. And no, you don't have to worry about humidity once they have hatched.
