You need a turkey starter/gamebird feed.
Chicken chick feed isn't good enough, if you don't have it get it.

Anyone have more advice? Turns out she is able to drink but I’m still very worried about her. I ordered rooster booster vitamin cell on Amazon, but in the mean time...?

Is she a baby chicken or a quail chick? What do you feed? Do you have a store of a Dollar store or Dollar Tree nearby? Many of those sell small bottles of vitamin E. I would try to get the vitamins started before the Poultry Cell comes. Here is some info about vitamin E and wry neck:

It is a Coturnix quail chick...a cute tuxedo.

LOL, it is hard for me to tell quail from chickens at that age. Tractor Supply sells a 24% game bird chick starter
For $16. That is all that is available here, but Purina and
Mana Pro have them as well.

It would be best to cull since it's most likely genetic.
