I was going to say off topic but y'all know lol! Is anyone else dressing up for Halloween? I haven't in years but I'm doing it this year, guess I just feel like it. ..anyways I just bargain shopped the heck out of a costume 14 bucks to be a witch hat and all! Got a ten dollar coupon I'm absolutely elated. Rare that the kid and the miser in me are happy at the exact same time.

Make coffee essence to keep in the fridge.
Soak a cup of coffee in a quart of warm water overnight. Strain and jar the strong coffee and store in the fridge. Fill a cup of water and add teaspoons of essence to make it suit your taste...heat in microwave. Good made with regular or decaf coffee.

the son James his birthday is October 30 Halloween is our favorite season we all dress up to hand out candy made 4 ghosts to add to decorations... we do more for Halloween than Christmas

LOL I'm the type who goes to Renaissance Faires and goes dressed up, so yea... I'll be dressed up at some point for Halloween! LOL But I think total (including what my sister made and all the accessories) my costume probably costs around $3 or 400, and took a bunch of years to put it all together.

Did you know...

You can use whiskey to sweeten your tea instead of honey and it tastes down right good! 3 fingers is a good start. Four is better and 5 is best, but I'm drinking tea, not whiskey. I don't want people to get the wrong idea.

Speaking of which, I need to start another pot of tea... Happy Friday!

My birthday is in October too just the 4th so it's a little early in the month to use it as an excuse for dressing up, but I'm going to use it anyway. Going to carve me a pumpkin, to worm the girls lol! And just have a good time. I'm tired of all the seriousness I guess I just need a break and by cracky I'm going to get one whether the people around me think I'm crazy or not. "I am"

Ren Faires are FUN. Homemade costumes RULE! Have you seen Fake-speare? Fine theatre with a twist of lemon! LMOA!

Last time DH and I dressed up for halloween, daughter was 7 and was invited to a party, she was dressed as a princess (of course) and told us if she was a princess, we had to be the king and queen, I found a gray off the shoulder prom dress at Goodwill and wore it with an old mink stoal, left to me by an aunt with a tiera and DH wore his best suit with a kings cape and a crown type hat that kind of looked like that old margerine comercial. We were a mess, but we all went trick or treating with this entire party of adults and kids.
