You should get a Mac.
The browser is smart! It knew I needed to read it in English.
My android system always used to ask me if I wanted a translation but finally learned I did not. Doesnt ask anymore ... but I still have the button.
I went out an hour ago to feed my girls but came right back in!
I'm on a hunt for some 8 inch square beveled mirrors.
I wen to my local craft supply store yesterday and they only had 3.
I want 20 or maybe 25.
I'm looking online but I'm worried if I have them shipped, say from China, it will be a total waste and they will all arrive broken.
Lots of delicate stuff being shipped from China now a days and arriving in good shape. Have you checked out Ali Baba?

I made this one and I want to make another oneView attachment 1148724
Creative and very attractive.

This was a piece of old plywood I had sitting out back for years. (The plywood was actually what we used to board up our windows during the last big hurricane that hit Houston)
I was going to stain it or paint it but I like that it looks old and ugly behind the mirrors.
I like that look as well.

No, I'm old, and tired, and don't
Also, I've got some horrible disease at the moment, coughing like Camille (no, it's not TB, just a bug)
The "Old & Tired' club, that's the one I'm eligible to join!!

Do you have any other signs besides the coughing?

Signs

  • Coughing.
  • Nasal and ocular discharge.
  • Poor productivity.
  • Slow growth.
  • Leg problems.
  • Stunting.
  • Inappetance.
  • Reduced hatchability and chick viability.
  • Occasional encephalopathy and abnormal feathers.
Hate it when I get those abnormal feathers!!

Is this chicken pox?

I slept in til 6.
I wouldn't rule out fowl pox.

Best thing to do is get rid of the mosquitos.
It is almost impossible to do so.
I'm putting window screen over the hardware cloth to minimize them.

Thinking good thoughts for @theuglyduckling ...hoping for her safety. Things don't sound good for PR. Our nephew has been deployed. Mission undisclosed but we think it may be to help patrol and move supplies.

We use those mosquito dunks in all water tanks and duck pools. Oxine in the chicken water seems to keep the larvae from growing. I also spray permethrin barn spray on the walls and roosting areas in the coops to keep flies and mosquitoes at bay.

Fed the bottle calf today by moving her close to the graft mom while they were eating cubes...first time out in the open....and mom grudgingly let her nurse....SUCCESS! one more task done before surgery.
Fed all the chickens and cleaned the duck pools out and refilled them. Had to doctor one young keeper cockerel....he was a little hunkered down....gave him antibiotics/gallimycin for possible respiratory cold.

Worn out from 4 days of butchering and clearing the garden....so instead of going back out, I made an apple raisen pie...smells good in the kitchen.
Going to rest today and hit it hard Sunday and Monday. Surgery is Tuesday afternoon.
Best Wishes for Tuesday.:hugs :fl. and for your nephew's safety, I'm sure his help is needed.

Welcome to the Family!
 You were my first thought when Kiki said that.
I may have messaged a couple people
I don't know anything about twitter. Is there a #Caguas? or #uglyduckling?

A Gal after myown heart, I would have done the same. Would have had to use hide for a rug, at least a throw for the sofa on cold nights. LOL I don't like waste!! Would have made nice winter indoor foot wear as well.

I just saw something that is truly amazing to me... baby raccoon got caught in DILs headlights and sat in the middle of the driveway for at least 20 minutes. Didn't move until she drove over it. strange.[/QUOTE
In Louisiana, racoons are the most likely animal to be rabid, if the animals acts out of character, be careful!!
