It's like an enclosed porch but has walls with windows and skylights/ceiling fan rather than screened walls. You can go out there in the winter....although ours isn't heated, we use an electric radiator for that. I use the room to quarantine chickens but lately I've used it as Rupert's bedroom. Chef is not happy about and daily asks me to put Rup outside permanently.

You can even make him a handmade feather duster...for free!!!!
Oh...he just sleeps there....it's so he doesn't annoy the neighbors in the morning. All the neighbors are cool with the chickens but our "new" neighbors moved in a year ago...even though they saw what they were going to be living next to, the wife has made a few comments. She is a nurse (as well) but works nights...so....understanding that I try to keep Ruperts cockadoodledooing to a minimum volume.
