I did not have children, so I live vicariously through everyone else's stories. I get a kick out of the teen ones! Kudos to all of you who are making it through with them! My office mate has some stories and I usually have to pick my jaw up off of my chest.
 
:sick Ack...Hubby did this for several months and then had to go away for a week on one of his AER races and asked me to "feed the starter". It was just weird....weird...weird...and it smelled bad. :sick
However, I must admit...it made really tasty bread and pizza dough.
I keep my starter in the refrigerator an ideally feed it once a week. Sometimes I go longer though. Sourdough starter does not need to be out on the counter all the time; only when you want to make something.

My oldest will be 24 tomorrow.
My youngest is 7.

What kind of story do you want?
