So you'll understand that when I had a chance to buy a little over a hundred acres in teh mountains for a great price, I just couldn't say no....

HA! If only. We're so broke right now is not even funny lol. If it stays for sale for the next 2 years (that's seriously pushing it) we might have a chance..
